you can't add a comment to a comment, but you can add a comment to the comment thread already started (i.e. the original theread posted). All comments are linked to the original post!
just try to post a message to the user/creator of a comment to get your message posted in that same thread. like if you now immediately post sth that starts with @tabrez it will be posted in this thread(below this comment).
